I don't know how Xavi Hernandez did it to make the transfers he made complete, because according to Bayern Munich coach, Barcelona is the most poor club among the big clubs as at now, but they signed the top footballers of which Bayern Munich best footballer (Roberto Lewandowski) is. The funniest thing is that even the clubs that have the money are bidding players with them but players choose Barcelona. What is the secret behind Xavi Hernandez and how did he talk to players to join Barcelona and still make them choose to collect pay cut or reduce the amount of money that they are paying them in their club; example is Lewandowski.
Frank Kessie said Xavi Hernandez called him and the way he talked to him fully changed his mind, Robert Lewandowski said they have finished discussion ever since January and the way Xavi talked to him is what changed his mind. Raphinha said the same thing, even Jules Koundé. Dembele and Barcelona president were at war ever since January till extend that president told Xavi not to use Dembele on matches again until transfer window would open and he would go freely, this is the cause of what take him time before he sign the contract for Barcelona but Xavi instead that No, things aren't done like that, he need Dembele.
Dembele has almost sign for Chelsea, he was already on his way but there was a U-trun and when he was asked why he changed his mind, he said it's Xavi Hernandez. I personally don't know the secret behind Xavi Hernandez's approach manner but it's very obvious that he's good in confusing players but maybe because Xavi has worked with big coaches and he has gained experience from them. For someone to be a coach, he need to have man management, how to talk to players in a way that you won't offend them
It is not that Sir Alex Ferguson and other coaches are that too good, they didn't have magic but they have man management, maybe that is what Xavi Hernandez have and it could even be his own talent because Dembele's case is what surprised me most and I see Xavi Hernandez's coaching skill as watch out, he would still do more than expected, he would bring back Barcelona's glory for him to coach Barcelona from the problem they have to number 2 and he has already won the first El-Classico between Real Madrid and Barcelona, it's friendly match though.
