1) Seek the wisdom of God
You might be an accountant and everything seems confusing on what and how to go about your career. Seek wisdom from God
And remember I said the whole purpose of any field of career we find ourselves should be an advantage for us to be a witness of Christ
Because at the end of our lives, that's the only thing that will matter
Seek the wisdom of God in any field you find yourself. Ask God for directions. Ask God to teach your heart wisdom
Most times God put us in these spaces so that we can be His voice
You remember the story of Esther. She became a queen because God needed a representative in the king's palace
She was not qualified for the position of being the queen but God was in the journey and He made her get there JUST FOR THE PURPOSE OF BEING HIS REPRESENTATIVE
God might have allowed you to be employed on that job just for one reason, TO BE HIS MOUTH PIECE
We have too many dishonest christians today. Christians who in the bid of proving point to the world cut corners
2) Place a high value on honesty
Most times the so called christians are the ones leading dishonest act in an organization
People who we are meant to witness to, are the ones we leading astray
Dishonesty often stems from our desire to care for ourselves. We fear losing relationships and opportunities, so we compromise truth for gain
That's why many are not listening to us or even want to give their lives to Christ because we the representatives are not reflecting honesty and godliness
We should never feel as if dishonesty is our only solution
Proverbs 11:1
NIV:The Lord detests dishonest scales, but accurate weights find favor with him.
True lasting success will come with honestly
Lastly Be open to constructive criticism
Being a person always looking to learn and grow shld be a defining quality of every christians
Be open to feedbacks, both good and bad. Be willing and ready to change
