KINGDOM ADVANCEMENT

through finances i.e tithe, offering ,giving not just only to the church but also to the poor. it is important to say that god doesn't need us for anything rather we need him for everything.

 in as much as it is important for us as children of god to advance the kingdom not just through prayers but also through our finances, that will not stop the work of god from expanding even if we fail to do that. he is the builder of the church not even the pastor

 mathew 16:18-20

what does that mean? whether we give or do not give that does not stop the work of god but that can have implications on us as believers. God is our source and everything he give to us, he should be at the center of it.

 in other words, all our mindset should be how we can propel the gospel and one of the vital ways in doing that is by expanding the church.

 i know there are many aspects to kingdom advancement e.g prayer which i believe our teachers will talk about during the course of the week. but today is about giving many christians can pray heaven down but they can't give a dime for god's works.

While prayer opens all kinds of door, giving show us another dimension of god's blessings. we can pray and still be poor but the only key to blessings is giving this is a formula that works for everyone regardless.

Most especially when our giving is to advance god's kingdom you can't be about god's business and be stranded.

Regardless of the world economy every advancer of god's kindgom are in the payroll of god.

 God pays them, they are under the covering of heavens economy not the world economy. there are limits to how much of god's blessings we can attain when giving is not prioritise, giving not just in advancing the church but also to the poor.

There are many people who couldn't even afford a 3 square meal and yet you're not paying attention. all you do is to carry bible and go to church. no matter the amount of god's word we say to them, they will not be ready to listen

There is a kingdom covenant to god's blessing and that is giving. no-one bypasses this covenant.

 God is expecting us to be a giver. givers do not lack.

 proverb 11 vs 24

 one gives freely, yet grows all the richer; another withholds what he should give, and only suffers want. none of us will suffer want in jesus name. these are basic principles we should know as we grow in faith. advancing god's kingdom has more to do with our giving to church and to the needy around us

There are many prayer warriors but a few givers and thats why it seems many of us aren't enjoying the full blessing as god want us to.

 No matter how bless we think we are now, god's blessing is never ending. it has nothing to do with the country economy. it has all to do with giving covenant

 God's covenant cannot be broken.

 jeremiah 33

 this is what the lord says: if you can break my covenant with the day and the night so that one does not follow the other, only then will my covenant with my servant david be broken.

 in conclusion, god's blessings are for those who are desperate in advancing his kingdom
