In my own defination i see plagiarism as intensionally stealing of another person interletual property and claiming it to be yours without citation or making referrence back to the author. It is like when you break into someone house steal an item that is not yours and keeping it with your self. If the owner could find his item at your disposal, he/she could file a case against you. Son also its for stealing some else article or product.

Good question, i have said litlle about plagiarism but that doesnt mean you can use other people content but at the end there shou be a proper referrence/citation and link directing to the original content.
