THE SLAVE THAT BROUGHT SHAME TO HIMSELF

In a far kingdom live a great king. This king was famous and wealthy.

His wealth made this king famous among his contemporaries. The king has many animals such as (cows, sheep's, ox,) and many slaves that work in his farm land and in the compound.

Among the slave is a particular slave called Jaja. Jaja was bought during inside a famous slave trade market. 

Jaja was the oldest slave and captain among the other slaves. 

On a fateful day, this great king was invited to a great feast. 

The king call upon Jaja and told him that this journey required him to come along with his son. This great king has no child. He told Jaja to act as his son.

He cloth him with great decorations, beautify him and make him ride on one of his best horse.

On getting to the occasion. Everyone was happy to meet with the king and to welcome him and his son 

A beautiful apartment was separated for him and his son. When it was noon and cold. Jaja went out and find his way to the kitchen were the woman were busy cooking with fire Wood.

Everyone was surprised to see Jaja pull off his cloth and draw near the fire. Everyone was like king son you shouldn't be doing this here 

Jaja reply and told them that he was catching cold. Few minutes again he was found eating the back of a peeled yam. 

This rose suspicion and the king was surmoned to come and see his son to embarrass him 

When the king got there, he feel ashamed and told everyone that he was a slave and no matter how you try to make a slave look like a son but their mentality will always bring them to act like slave.

That was the sad story of Jaja in the story.

Moral lesson: No matter our background or where we came out from. Let have right mind set and let not our mentality make us look inferior.
