Two weeks ago, in a community I belong to, I saw a few newbies who were new to blogging complaining bitterly about a few things like not getting the vote, how to write, and some suffering from writer's block.

With my five years of blogging starting from steemit days, I have been able to gather good experience from knowing how to use various HTML codes in my writing, sourcing image, making clickable links, and referencing which were part of the issues these newbies were suffering from.

I drop a chat about organizing a writing challenge so as to sharpen and horn their writing skills.

Not necessarily about the vote but seeing to the fact beyond the vote to building relationships, getting familiar with writing, and much more to learn how not to suffer from getting content.

Among many only a few show interest. Last week Saturday Makes it two weeks of fully posting valuable content without plagiarism.

Everyone writes about their daily activities much more like a daily diary challenge.

This week we are good to go again. We have started already and in the twilight of an eye, we will be celebrating our one month of blogging.

By the end of the whole month, a lot would have been achieved. I just can't wait to start sharing individual Success stories with you all on serey here.

We need your support to motivate them. One thing I hear from them daily is not getting votes. I practice what I say. I have to resound it to everyone hearing that we aren't in for vote majorly but to achieve greater results.
