Sadly, most people would rather speak than listen
When we speak and listen, of course we learn
Some speak without thinking because of one reason
They want to be surprised by what comes out of their mouth
How do you speak when you haven't learned?
Speaking should be out of the things you have gathered
We have been trained to speak more than we listen
Listening is an amazing art and form of communication
But we need to ask ourselves, how do we listen?
Do you listen to speak? Do you listen to give a reply?
Most of the time, we have to listen to know
No one is an island of knowledge - no one knows it all
We live and learn as we grow and go through life, I always say
Investment in the art of listening always pay
The world needs more listeners who can carefully later speak
No one is trying to attack you, you just don't know how to listen
