It never ends

Even if it breaks

With time, it mends

 

No matter what happens

Family remains family

They stay together and support each other

 

Sometimes, a family can seem like a book

Without any obvious ending

But through the pages of each life

Their love for one another is evident

 

Sometimes, they express it wrongly

Sometimes, they express it awkwardly

But they love each other still

 

Even if they split up

Or they seem to be falling out gradually

Do not be worried, family can be like that sometimes

But with time they heal up

 

Family is like a safety net

Where everyone can find their heart a home

Away from the rumblings of the world

The judgemental eyes and insensitivity

They understand us better so they have that patience

To withstand our tantrums and set us straight
