How is your Splinterlands adventure kicking?
I am sure great opportunities are piling up on your Warriors account.
The season will end in less than four days. I am battling hard to make sure my target to reach the Diamond League is effective.
I chose this battle and shared it for the many lessons all Splinters can learn from this combat.

Battle Ruleset:
I am fond of this type of battle rulesets.
Mana Cap: 56
Briar Patch: All Monsters have the Thorns ability.
What Doesn't Kill You: All Monsters have the Enrage ability.
Melee Mayhem: Melee attack Monsters can attack from any position.
Team's constitution
Obsidian ★ 6 was the opponent's choice of summoner in this battle knowing the predominance of melee monsters on the board.
Mycelic Infantry ★ 5 offered a great defense opportunity to all his team warriors. However, the counter strategy in this battle is to play magic monsters
Terraceous Hulk ★ 1 brought void armor into the arena and a serious ability to stop magic attacks. I like the huge armor on the defense statistic of this monster.
Arkemis the Bear ★ 4 increased the armor for protection in the situation where both players know in advance that briar patch and thorns indicate magic and range offensive warriors
Queen Mycelia ★ 1 boosted the defense of friendly monsters while distributing magic strikes.
Goblin Psychic ★ 6 healed the friendly warrior in the arena but also attack the life point of monsters.
Mycelic Slipspawn ★ 5 The taunt ability of Mycelic offered a perfect solution to direct enemies' attacks to the other side of the board.
Roarsome had a beautiful lineup on the board. The series of cards were providing defense and magic strikes to all enemy cards. I have identified two taunt-equipped monsters in the selection that showed particular strategies being deployed in the arena.

General Sloan ★ 6 was powerful in this lineup with all friendly cards from range ready to strike at a good distance.
Uriel the Purifier ★ 2 is my tank in the lineup with his powerful healing ability. Uriel in the Briar patch ruleset is a serious opponent to face in a battle.
Djinn Renova ★ 5 provides an additional healing and magic attack interesting in the current setup.
Gargoya Devil ★ 6 is my range attack first warrior on the line to strike the opponents
Adelade Brightwing ★ 3 is a powerful card with resurrection and repair ability
Venari Crystalsmith ★ 6 was healing Uriel each round replenishing his life point
Pelacor Arbalest ★ 6 is the major card in my offensive strategy. The double strike made Arbalest almost unstoppable in the arena
My opinion on this battle
It was a pleasure to position Uriel and heal my tanker three times per round. I knew that I need some defensive measures against the magic attacks coming from the enemy but I was confident that my range warrior army will rapidly destroy the majority of the warriors on the opposite side of the board.
Magic warriors' strikes depleted at higher speed the life points of the warriors in the arena. It was of great importance to play tankers and healer warriors in the match

I believe that the opponent's lineup was impressive. I took note of the association of the cards. In the situation we have no thorn on the battlefield Roarsome present time should win hands on deck.
