The season is almost at the end so the arena heat reaches the keyboard of your machine.
The death element in the battle against Zaku was a risky selection. I discovered the presence of Zaku in the arena at the last moment. It was a done deal until something happened on the battlefield.
The level difference between the summoners on the battlefield was remarkable. Even though Zaku was at the first level, the warrior spirit carried was still a force to reckon with in the arena.
Battle Ruleset:

Counterspell: All Monsters have the Magic Reflect ability.

 | Grum Flameblade is a superb tanker in the line. It can defend and deliver serious damage. Bloodlust also played in favor of the offensive attack from this team |
| Forgotten One ★ 1 | |
 | Forgotten One is also an impressive offensive card. The four points as melee damage were a problem to my defense |

 | Arkemis the Bear is a defensive card that I really appreciate. He was positioned in the lineup |
| Ash Mirage ★ 1 | |
 | Ash Mirage was ready to attack from the back to destroy all warriors on the opposite side of the board |
| Lava Launcher ★ 2 | |
 | Lava Launcher is also a master warrior of defense and offensive strategy. The opponent was lucky not to be stunned by Lava. |

 | Tinderlock was on the battlefield up to the last round attacking without missing all enemies warriors |
I am grateful to face this special lineup that surely will perform better once the monsters are leveled up. Zaku remains a power of nature that one ordinary set of cards can't destroy.

 | Cornealus was my second tanker in the game with interesting abilities such as thorns and heal |

 | Venator Kinjo was my doctor in chef in this set. I had positioned Venator in a way to stop a second wave of blast attack on the Cornealus |
| Djinn Renova ★ 6 | |
 | Djinn Renova was a magic warrior that I should haven't brought on the battlefield due to counterspell activated on all monsters on the board |
| Adelade Brightwing ★ 4 | |
 | Adelade Brightwing had resurrection ability and the possibility to repair armor on Uriel. Adelade added some speed at all friendly warriors. |
My opinion on this battle
I was not ready to witness a battle of this level in the Diamond League with my opponent aligning a level one summoner. It was important to never ignore the quality of the lineup coming on the other side of the board.
Zaku has equipped all his team warriors with blast ability to strengthen this collective action against my team. I thought that the difference of level in my favor was a sign of quick victory on my side but the battle showed a moment of dominance from the Zaku lineup. I barely secured the victory due to the high level of my cards and the terrific abilities of Cornealus and Adelade.
