You send virtually all your post to my inbox and I vote atleast 80% of them..
We are only four managers voting over 50 post per day...
We vote atleast two post per user because many users make more than four post a day
I personally skip any post that has more than 150 serey vote from other managers to enable me vote other people who has less than 50 serey vote...
I told you yesterday that each 100% vote drains 2% power from a voter.
I other words 100% upvote to ten people will leave your power at 80%
Whereas voting power replenish 10% per 12 hours. Which means you need one full day to gain back 100% upvote given to 10 people.
But In serey I personally vote atleast 25 post per day which has made my usual 250serey at 100% vote to never regain pass 100 serey till now.
I told u all this things, yet you chose to drag community managers around with no just cause.

But I must say I am disappointed.
Well I call on everyone to check your SEREY blog to confirm what I have said.
His username is @iykewatch, please check all his post if you won't see @sereyafrica vote in atleast 70% of his total post and tell me how we have played politics.
You expect to have all four Country managers votes per day, this is selfish and self interest not the interest of everyone.
Meanwhile let me clear you that people cannot vote their own post in SEREY
Which means there is no need of hoarding votes.
Secondly reward in serey is 75% author and 25% curator rewards which also means that people tend to give higher percentage upvotes in SEREY more than other platforms because our rewards as curators is small.
Please stop spoiling people's mind with this self interest

Nigerian community managers as far as I know are doing perfectly well in representing their delegations.
