It happens that we become the biggest critics for ourselves. However, you should stop being strict with yourself and stop destructive thoughts. But how to silence internal critics and believe in yourself?
Many troubles come from childhood. If in childhood there was a person surrounded by a child who was his authority and at the same time belittled, criticized or embarrassed him, then soon the child will begin to feel worthless. He stops believing in himself and instills self-criticism in himself. The child sees and hears that he is being criticized, so he begins to criticize himself. We are not born with this. The child was born happy. Everyone is happy when he laughs for the first time.
This also happens in relationships. If your partner does the same, he is actually trampling you, trampling on your confidence, and then this inner critic takes control of you.
The inner critic will always be with us. We will always be angry with each other. But he can be silenced. Each of us has internal dialogues. Sometimes they are very destructive and we cannot let them take control of us.
So what can be done?
It is important to look at our words, to hear what we are really talking about. You need to find a compromise between yourself and your inner critic, whose influence can be destructive. Take control of yourself, your misses and actions.
