রাশিয়া-ইউক্রেন যুদ্ধের বর্তমান অবস্থা এবং এই যুদ্ধের সূত্রপাত কিভাবে হয়েছে এনিয়ে থাকছে আজকের লেখা।ইউক্রেন প্রচুর ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত এই যুদ্ধে এইটা নিয়ে থাকছে আজকের পর্বে। আজকের লেখাটি পড়ে আপনারা রাশিয়া ইউক্রেন যুদ্ধের অনেক অজানা বিষয় সম্পর্কে জানতে পারবেন।
১৯৯১ সালে সোভিয়েত ইউনিয়ন ভেঙে যাওয়ার পর যে ১৫ টি রাষ্ট্র তৈরি হয় তাদের মধ্যে রাশিয়ার পরেই ক্ষমতাধর রাষ্ট্র বলতে গেলে ইউক্রেন রয়েছে। ইউক্রেন মূলত কৃষিনির্ভর একটি দেশ। ইউরোপের খাদ্যতালিকায় বেশিরভাগই দখল করে আছে গম, যব ও বার্লি যা সবচেয়ে বেশি উৎপাদন হয় ইউক্রেনে।
আজকের ইউক্রেন সংকটের শুরু মূলত ২০১৪ সালে। সেসময় কৃষ্ণসাগরে অবস্থিত ইউক্রেনের অধীনে থাকা ক্রিমিয়া উপদ্বীপ দখল করে নেয় রাশিয়া। তখন থেকেই মূলত ইউক্রেনের সাথে রাশিয়ার সম্পর্কের অবনতি ঘটে। এছাড়াও সেসময়কার রাশিয়াপন্থী প্রেসিডেন্টের অবসান ঘটে সেদেশের জনগণের এক অভ্যুত্থানের মাধ্যমে।
অনেকেই ধারণা করেন এই অভ্যুত্থানের পেছনে যুক্তরাষ্ট্র এবং ন্যাটোর হাত রয়েছে। বলাই বাহুল্য যে, রাশিয়া যুক্তরাষ্টের সম্পর্ক দা কুমড়ার মত যা দিনদিন কেবল অবনতির দিকেই যাচ্ছে।রাশিয়া ক্রিমিয়া দখল করার পর ইউক্রেনের ক্ষমতায় আসেন বর্তমান প্রেসিডেন্ট ভ্লাদিমির জেলেনস্কি।
জেলেনস্কির সাথে আমেরিকার সখ্যতা ছিল অনেক যা রাশিয়ার প্রেসিডেন্ট ভ্লাদিমির পুতিনের মোটেই পছন্দ নয়। এর অন্যতম কারণ হচ্ছে রাশিয়ার পশ্চিম সীমান্তে প্রায় ২৬০০ কিলোমিটার সীমানা রয়েছে ইউক্রেনের সাথে। রাশিয়া কোনভাবেই চায়না আমেরিকা বা ন্যাটোর কোন ক্যাম্প তার নাকের ডগায় ইউক্রেন সীমান্তে অবস্থান করুক।
এছাড়াও রাশিয়া তেল গ্যাস রপ্তানির জন্য ইউক্রেনের উপর অনেকাংশেই নির্ভরশীল। তাই পুতিন চাইবেনা সেখানে কোন বাধাপ্রাপ্ত হতে। এজন্য ইউক্রেনের ন্যাটোতে যোগ দেয়া থেকে বিরত রাখতে রাশিয়া সম্ভাব্য সবকিছুই করবে। যার ফলশ্রুতিতেই আজকের এই রাশিয়া ইউক্রেন যুদ্ধ।
আরেকটি বিষয় উল্লেখ্য যে, বর্তমান ইউক্রেনের নিয়ন্ত্রণাধীন দুটি অঞ্চল দোনেতস্ক এবং লুহানস্ক যা একত্রে ডনবাস নামে পরিচিত এই দুটি অঞ্চল মূলত রুশপন্থী হওয়ায় তারা জেলেনস্কি সরকারকে পছন্দ করেনা এবং স্বাধীন রাষ্ট্র হিসেবে ঘোষণা করেছে। এক্ষেত্রে রাশিয়া তাদেরকে স্বীকৃতি দেয়ায় চলমান ইউক্রেন সংকট আরো উত্তেজিত হয়ে উঠে।
এদিকে যুক্তরাষ্ট্রসহ ন্যাটোর অন্যান্য সদস্যরা ইউক্রেনকে সবরকম সহায়তা করার আশ্বাস দেয় যার ফলে জেলেনস্কি পুতিনের সাথে কোন আলোচনায় যায়নি। এতে স্বাভাবিকভাবেই রাশিয়া চরমপন্থা অবলম্বন করে তথা যুদ্ধের দিকে অগ্রসর হয়।
তাহলে দোষ মূলত কার? জেলেনস্কি, পুতিন, ন্যাটো নাকি যুক্তরাষ্ট্রের?
সরাসরি কাউকে দোষারোপ করার চেয়ে আমার কাছে কি ভুলের কারণে এই যুদ্ধ হচ্ছে সেটাই বলি। আমার কাছে মূলত দায়ী হচ্ছে ইউক্রেনের প্রেসিডেন্ট জেলেনস্কির দূরদর্শিতার অভাব। তিনি যুক্তরাষ্ট্র ও ন্যাটোর মোটিফ বুঝতে ভুল করেছেন। শেষ পর্যন্ত অসহায়ের মত একাই রাশিয়ার সাথে অসম এক যুদ্ধে লিপ্ত হয়ে গেলেন যার খেসারত দিতে হচ্ছে ইউক্রেনের নিরীহ জনগণকে।
ন্যাটো কেন ইউক্রেনকে সহায়তা করছেনা?
ন্যাটো মূলত চেয়েছে রাশিয়াকে দূর্বল করে দিতে। এখন যদি ন্যাটো ইউক্রেনের পক্ষ নেয় তাহলে তৃতীয় বিশ্বযুদ্ধ অবশ্যম্ভাবী। সেক্ষেত্রে পুরো বিশ্ব দুইভাগে বিভক্ত হয়ে যাবে। ইউক্রেনের সাথে যুক্তরাষ্ট্র, যুক্তরাজ্য, ন্যাটোর সদস্য রাষ্ট্র অপরদিকে রাশিয়ার সাথে চীন, ইরান, সিরিয়া থাকার সম্ভাবনা সবচেয়ে বেশি।
বাংলাদেশ তাহলে কোনদিকে যাবে?
বাংলাদেশের অর্থনীতি নির্ভর করছে চীন, যুক্তরাষ্ট্র, ইউরোপীয় ইউনিয়নের উপর। তৈরি পোশাকশিল্পের বেশিরভাগ কাঁচামাল আসে চীন থেকে আবার পোশাক রপ্তানি বেশি যুক্তরাষ্ট্র আর ইইউভুক্ত দেশগুলোতে। তাই ইউক্রেন সংকট বাংলাদেশের জন্য উভয়সংকট।
এজন্য বাংলাদেশের উচিৎ নিরপেক্ষ অবস্থানে থাকা এবং এখনো পর্যন্ত বাংলাদেশ সেটাই করছে। তবে বাংলাদেশ চাইবে যাতে বিশ্বযুদ্ধ না লাগে, সেক্ষেত্রে আর রক্ষে নেই।রাশিয়া-ইউক্রেন যুদ্ধের সম্ভাব্য ফলাফল কি?সামরিক শক্তিতে যেহেতু ইউক্রেন দূর্বল তাই তারা রাশিয়ার সাথে পেরে উঠবেনা যদি না বাইরে থেকে কোন সাহায্য আসে।
সেক্ষেত্রে জেলেনস্কি সরকারের পতন ঘটার সম্ভাবনা প্রবল এবং একই সাথে রুশপন্থি কোন সরকারপ্রধান দেশ চালাবে ফলে যুক্তরাষ্ট্র এবং ন্যাটোর পরিকল্পনা ভেস্তে যাবে। এছাড়াও বিরোধপূর্ণ দুটি অঞ্চল দোনেতস্ক ও লুহানস্ক রাশিয়ার সাথে যুক্ত হতে পারে।
আরেকটি হতে পারে বিশ্বযুদ্ধ বেধে যাওয়া।
