আমাদের অভিযোগ ছিল এই জায়গায় যে এই খুনের সাথে সম্পৃক্ততার জন্য যখন তার নাম আসলো কিন্তু পুলিশ একবারের জন্য তার সাথে কথা পর্যন্ত বলেনি। এই খুনের ফাইনাল রিপোর্ট ও দিয়ে দেয়া হয় তার সাথে কথা না বলেই এগুলো ভুল এগুলোই অন্যায়। আইনের চোখে অনেকেই বেশি সমান হতে পারেননা। তাকে জিজ্ঞসাবাদ করা যেতে পারত ইনভেস্টিগেশন হতে পারত বা চার্জশিটে তার নাম না ও থাকতে পারতো বা চার্জশিটে তার নাম আছে কিন্তু তদন্ত এবং বিচার হওয়ার পর তিনি নিরপরাধ প্রমাণিত হলে তার নাম কেটে দিতে পারতো। কিন্তু সবকিছুর একটি আইনি প্রক্রিয়া আছে। বাংলাদেশের টাকার সক্ষমতা আসলে আগে থেকেই আছে এখন তিনি মালিক কে এই ঘটনার জন্য দুর্নাম করেন নি। যায় হোক একই অনুষ্টান নিয়ে মানে কালের কণ্ঠ পত্রিকার বর্ষপূর্তি নিয়ে জুলাই অভ্যুথানে ছাত্র জনতার পাশে ছিল কালের কণ্ঠ শিবির সেক্রেটারি এরকম একটি ভিডিও করেছেন এবং তিনি সেটি ফেসবুকে দিয়েছেন এবং ভিডিও টি আপলোড ও হয়েছেন কালের কণ্ঠ পত্রিকার পেজে। আমি আবার বলছি এই দেশে সব সম্ভব টাকা এই দেশে কথা বলে সব জায়গায় স্যাটেলম্যান্ট এর জন্য টাকা থাকলেই যথেষ্ট।
