Get benefit from bear

Hello serey friends as everyone know bear trend is happening in crypto market now a days. And many rumors are already in market. Mostly people are very panic and they are going to sell their coins. But it is my advice dont be panic and just hodl your coins' if we are about to enter into the bearish market. please do not sell your crypto for loss. Put it in farming or staking if eligible. Defi farms still give massive returns. I bought my coins in 2020 bearish market and although it is again bear trend in market but still I am in profit. So.guys dont be panic.
