Three nations came against him,
From the east and west,
One held him by foot,
The other by the head,
But the third looked on,
Gesticulating as they tormented him,
Brothers from a womb,
Now acting like strangers,

Knowing the bond they shared.

One placenta brought them in,

Who would ever see the thin line,

One that announces the extreme hatred had taken them,

Daring one another to a fight,

Men who ought to eat from same dish,

Even if distance took them apart,

The grace that a mother birthed,

Could have drawn their memories to play,

How fibble could mem of our age be?

Brothers against brothers,

Fight with tooth and nail,

Recorded casualties and pain,

Separated for the love of it,

The one man that stood aloof,

Looked into the sky and wept,

How could brotherhood be this disunited?

He asked in tearful pain,

As he watched his brothers turned enemies tear themselves.
