Goodbye To Yesterday ~ Poem

Are you gone, beloved?
Into paradise where you came from?
As babies clings to the breast of their fathers?

Have you gone into hiding,
With all these treasure in your bosom,
All that you gave my heart and soul to cherish?

Did you write the secret in the books of wisdom?
Where I can read and phantom,
Like the body to the soul of his lover?

Friend of my soul, come out from hiding,

Are you in the hut or hamlet filled with dews?

Praying for our intimacy or brokenness?

Have you gone to another world without me?

Or have you gone to console the heartbroken?

Your usual practice when you were here,

Holding my hand through the cold wind of the hot sun?

I know you have the picture of that day,

When we first looked at each other,

And smiled back with hope for a better tomorrow.

You remember when sat at the shades of that large tree,

Covered in an eerie of love and affection,

And sealed our heart with truth not to be deterred.

Come out my love and rekindle the light,

The burning fire and desire,

Remember I hid myself in you.

Come here Lucy,

It's hard to say goodbye to yesterday,

Our secrets are still with me.

Break not the chord of our desires,

Come out from hiding and take me with you,

My touch is missing your tempest.

Come take me with you,

It's with you I want be with,

Lurked like a Siamese forever.
