To draw our attention to Islamic law.

Islamic law, to which we are drawn, and which is recorded in old books, is quite different from the legal and social conditions prevailing in Baghdad and other Muslim countries a few centuries ago, although we are as far as possible Islamic lawI try to follow the instructions.But first it becomes difficult to know what the law was like.

Secondly, there have been numerous disagreements between the mujtahids of the earlier period, namely Imam Abu Hanifa and his students over the interpretation of the law, and it is very difficult to reconcile them. So we should try our best to be aware of the basic principles and correct principles of the law.

Then it should be implemented keeping in view the principles of justice, honest intentions, other laws prevailing in the country and social conditions. It is clear from this statement that one of the chief justices of the court admitted his ignorance of Islamic law and considered himself incapable of reconciling the differences of opinion among the Imams.

He is the one who has publicly justified his decision. He does not hesitate to state in a court of law that he is not only obliged to adhere to Islamic law in enforcing Islamic law on Muslims, but also on the country's customary law, social and cultural conditions and principles of justice. OwnHe thinks it is important to pay attention to the point of view.The flawed and lame law prevailing in the courts of our country under the name of 'Mohammedan Law' is the result of this unfaithful and ignorant research.

Even this crippled law in the name of Islamic law is not properly enforced in our Shariah matters, but it is getting more and more distorted day by day due to new decisions in the courts.
