Islam imposes Zakat on a person who has extra wealth of Nesab for the purpose of social service. He then imposes zakat on business goods, land crops, livestock and other assets at a fixed rate.

If you choose a country in the world and calculate, if regular zakat is paid according to the principles of Shari'ah and it is distributed among the sectors prescribed by the Qur'an, then after a few years no one will be found there who is deprived of the means of subsistence.

Even then, Islam distributes the wealth accumulated by a person to his heirs as soon as he dies. So that this pile of resources could not have become a permanent pile.

Eradication of oppression. Moreover, although Islam prefers that between the owner of the land and the worker or the owner of the factory and the worker.

Matters should be resolved in a just manner on the basis of satisfaction and without the need to interfere with the law, but wherever there is oppression in this matter, the Islamic State has the full right to intervene and set the limits of justice through law.

Limits of national ownership for the public interest Islam does not forbid the running of any industrial enterprise or business under state management. If an industry or business is such that it is in the public interest but no one is ready to manage it in private ownership or to run it in private ownership is against the collective interest.

Then such institutions can be managed by the government. Moreover, if an industry or business is run by a few individuals in a manner which is detrimental to the collective interest, then the government can take over the ownership with proper compensation to the owners.

There is no Shari'ah prohibition on conducting it in any other way. But Islam does not accept it as a principle that all means of wealth creation will be owned by the state and the state will be the sole industrialist, trader and sole proprietor.
