Allah Almighty has instructed the believers to call people to Him by adopting the method of wisdom or science. There is no possibility of reaping the benefits of disobeying Allah's command. The best way to make a call is through a personal meeting and a series of conversations. This must be done in a well-planned manner.

First you have to target a few people for a certain period of time. In selecting people, it is necessary to consider all the people who are caste workers, who have a role in various activities of the society.

Second, we need to build a cordial relationship with these target people. They have to stand by their side in times of grief and need.

Third, we need to talk to them about social issues in an intimate environment. Remember, every human being has some or the other meditative idea about life and the world. He cannot easily accept any statement that contradicts this idea. Those who call to God must seek to correct their thoughts. But the hard-hitting ax of a carpenter cannot eradicate a person's long-held meditative ideas. It is necessary to identify the errors of meditation and remove them from one's thinking through rational discussion.

Fourthly, the seeds of Islamic meditation should be sown in their world of thought. They need to be introduced to Islamic philosophy and way of life. If you can realize the superiority and beauty of Islam, you will not recognize it - human nature is not usually like that.

Fifth, they need to be made aware of the need for an Islamic movement. We have to give a clear idea about ‘Al Jihadu fi Sabillah’. And we have to acquaint them with the special mood of the Islamic movement.

Sixth, they need to understand the importance of organization. No movement can be run smoothly without organization and they have to understand well that the continuity and stability of the movement depends on the organization. They need to be acquainted with what Allah and His Messenger (peace be upon him) have said, urging them to live a united life.

In addition, they need to be fully aware of the organization's goals, programs, working methods, organizational structure, leader selection system, leader status and role, leader-employee relationship, employee interaction, loyalty, counseling system and accounting (constructive critique) system.
