Leisure work.
When you work with limbs, you have to do the work carefully to get the job done well. Of course it depends a lot on the type of work. Farmers and workers have to use only hands and feet to do the usual kind of work in which the mind has no responsibility. When the body of the rickshaw puller is dragged by the rickshaw, thousands of thoughts may arise in the mind as there is no responsibility of the mind in this work.
But the mind is not detached from this work when the hand writes with the pen, the mind is involved in this work when the mouth speaks or when the ear hears the speech. So you have to calculate how much responsibility the mind has on the work that your body is doing. He needs to be given a job when his mind is idle. Otherwise, without your knowledge, Iblis will force him to do bad deeds. This is one of the biggest problems in human life.
The mind is a very powerful instrument. Its merits and efficiency are infinite. He can't live a single moment without work. Not many people are qualified to give him a job all the time. As a result, this valuable employee of yours works hard for Iblis. Your body is sitting or standing somewhere watching. Having to spend hours sitting or walking for hours. Traveling alone in the park or on the street. Sitting at the station or standing on duty waiting for the vehicle. Sitting quietly in a vehicle or standing without a seat.
Sitting or lying down to relieve fatigue after physical activity, or lying in bed with the desire to sleep. There are many times in our life when we do not consciously use our mind for any particular thought, thought or plan. Whenever we leave the mind idle like this, he becomes an idle employee of Iblis.
As a remedy, the Prophet (peace be upon him) gave a positive and a negative advice. The gist of the negative advice is, shame God. Don't let thoughts come to mind that God dislikes. God knows the secrets of the heart. So keep in mind that how can I think of something that my boss dislikes? If you feel ashamed in this way, you can keep your mind in the bag.
And the positive advice is to keep the tongue moving in the remembrance of Allah at all times. If you don't let a bad feeling come in your mind, the remembrance of the face will keep the mind busy in remembrance.
That is, it is not safe to keep either mind or mouth empty. The remembrance of the face helps the mind to remember. If there is no work to give to the mind, he should be engaged in dhikr and in order to achieve this purpose, dhikr should be issued in the mouth as well.
One thing is particularly noteworthy about dhikr. Only the remembrance of 'Allah, Allah' is not taught anywhere in the Hadith.
There must be an attribute of Allah with the word Allah. Such as -Subhanallah, Al-Hamdulillah, Allahu Akbar, La-Ilaha Illah etc.
An excellent tasbeeh has been taught at the end of Bukhari Sharif. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, ‘There are two sentences which are very easy to utter, but very heavy on the scales and very dear to Allah.
