The important purpose is to establish marital relations between the two sexes of the human race on the basis of love and sincerity. They will be able to successfully fulfill all the objectives of society and civilization which are connected with marital relationship through their joint efforts and they will be able to enjoy peace, joy and comfort in family life. These things are very much needed to empower them to fulfill the great purposes of social life.
Considering the manner in which this purpose is described in the Qur'an, it is clear that in the eyes of Islam, the philosophy of conjugal life is love and affection. Husbands and wives are created so that one can get peace from the other.
He is the One who created you from a single body and made for you from it a pair, so that you may attain peace and comfort from Him.
Here husband and wife are called each other's clothes. Clothing is something that blends in with the human body, covers it and protects it from harmful external objects. The use of this metaphor of clothing for husband and wife in the Qur'an implies that from a personal point of view, the marital relationship between them should be such that the relationship exists between the garment and the body. Their hearts and souls will be connected to each other.
Protect each other's privacy and protect each other's character and dignity from the effects of stigma. This is the claim of love, affection and sincerity and from the Islamic point of view this is the real life of marriage. If there is no such thing in a marriage, then it is like a lifeless corpse.
This is the purpose of the provisions that have been laid down in Islam regarding marriage. If the husband and wife want to live together, then they will live in mutual understanding, mutual love, realizing each other's fair rights and treating each other generously. But if they are unable to do so, it is better for them to be separated than to live together.
Because after the idea of love and sincerity is over, the marital relationship will be a corpse. If it is not buried then it will cause bad smell and as a result the whole environment of family life becomes poisonous and foul smelling. That is why the Qur'an says in Majd
GOD is Forgiver, Most Merciful. If (it is not possible) the couple separates from each other, then Allah will satisfy both of them with His infinite invisible treasure.
Either return him in a just manner or bid him farewell with courtesy. You may well keep them to yourself, otherwise you will be separated from them with justice.
You either take them back to the best place or send them away to the best place. Don't hold them back just to hurt you. Because it reduces their rights. Anyone who does such a thing will oppress himself.
If their husbands agree to remarry, they will be entitled to take them back as their wives during this time.
