Husband and wife Damage transgression.

If you are not attracted to your wife, do not keep her. But it is strictly forbidden in the Qur'an to hold her only for torture and abuse, to divorce her repeatedly, to remarry after two divorces before the third divorce. Because it is oppression.

And do not hold them back for the purpose of torturing and oppressing them. Whoever does that will oppress himself. Be careful! Do not make the verses of Allah a joke. To derive such illegitimate and illegitimate benefit from the words of the law as is contrary to the purpose and spirit of the law is essentially a mockery of the law.

The Qur'an gives men the right to remarry after one or two divorces; However, it is only for the purpose that if there is an agreement between the husband and wife during this period and some way of living in harmony with each other comes out, then no obstacle from the side of Shariah should stand in their way.

But if a man takes advantage of this opportunity and divorces his wife, then ‘returns’ before the end of the waiting period and he divorces again, then ‘returns’ as before, the purpose of doing so is to keep his wife in a precarious position. He does not keep her in his house nor does he set her free so that the beggar will marry somewhere else. So such behavior is nothing but a farce with the law of Allah. No true believer can dare to do so.

The words damage and transgression have broad meanings. It is obvious that a person who keeps a wife in custody for the purpose of torturing and abusing her will torture her in every possible way. It will give him physical and mental pain. If he is a man of vile nature, he will beat and abuse, if he is a man of high class, he will resort to various means of torture and humiliation.

The words harm and transgression include all its forms, and in the eyes of the Qur'an all such prohibitions are forbidden. If a husband treats his wife in this way, he will be found to be a legitimate transgressor. In this case, the wife has the right to get rid of this person with the help of law.

From the Islamic point of view, the most important purpose of marriage is to preserve character and chastity. If the husband is dissatisfied with one wife and adopts a second wife, then he can easily be able to protect himself from evil deeds and evil eye. But how will this woman be able to preserve her chastity and character until he returns to the woman he has permanently deprived of the pleasure of intercourse? Is it to be expected of Allah, the Lawgiver, that if the husband of such a wife has sworn to stay away from anyone, he will take care of her character or leave her indefinitely for fear of tarnishing her character?
