In the context of agrarian reform, submit documents in favor of taking more than the specified limit for reclamation. In particular, where the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) whipped Hazrat Zubayr and gave him land in the entire area.
Regarding the eviction of farmers, it is clear that they cannot be evicted before the harvest. But I also see no reason to evict them from the land. If there is any other way then submit it with documents.
One question is, after reading the Qur'an, it is known that every person should benefit from the creations of the world. In this case, if the ownership of the land is handed over to the state for the benefit of the people, it seems to be a proper implementation of the purpose of the Qur'an.
Regarding the first question, it should be noted in principle that ownership of land is not established in the same way as acquisition of land by a person buying land or inheritance. The government has the right to reconsider the jagir at all times.
If a donation is deemed inconsistent, the government can cancel it. In this case, the government's action is not above the amendment. The books of Hadith and Ashar contain some examples of this. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) gave a land in the area of Marib to Abiyaz ibn Hammal al-Mazni where salt was extracted for eating.
Later, when the people found out about the existence of a huge salt mine in Rasulullah, he revoked the earlier order considering such land to be privately owned against the social interest. This alone does not indicate that government donations can be reconsidered.
At the same time, it is known that giving more than the appropriate limits to someone is against the collective interest, and if something is given to someone at this stage, it can be reconsidered. The same thing is known from another narration. It is said that Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddiq (RA) wrote a decree to donate a land to Hazrat Talha (RA).
