Demand

The demand for civil engineering is huge for any developed or developing country. The demand for good civil engineers in Bangladesh is high and there is a clear lack of it. There are now a lot of Real Estate or construction consultancy firms in this country, which need a lot of civil engineers.

Also, the civil service opportunities of civil engineers are much higher than those of other engineers. If you are diligent and persevering in your professional life in this profession, you can earn a lot of money and respect in a legal way. The demand for civil engineers is increasing.

In the country: BUET, KUET, RUET, CUET, and private universities such as North South, Stamtord, Ahsanullah etc. Shabiprabi has Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE) and some other private universities have Environmental Engineering.

Abroad: Almost all the renowned Technical Institute and University have civil. However, the standard of civil engineering degree offered by Stamford University is very good. The highest quality civil engineering degree is also offered at other institutes / universities including MIT.
