Today I will share with you some of my thoughts on success. Actually success is something that never comes overnight. But we humans are very fickle and fickle in nature, we easily give up. In any work we wish success very quickly. But we don't do the things we need to do to be successful.
We always look at the results instead of doing the right thing. This is perhaps the biggest reason for our failure. Let's talk about our community. Our community has enough good members who are devoted to the community, but there are also many members who only hope to get votes without doing the right thing.
Again we have seen many members who are currently inactive in the community only because of low steam prize.
In fact, if you only expect results in any work, you will not get very far. Because in this you can't concentrate on your work properly.
So my advice to everyone is if you focus only on work without expecting results. But you can be successful in any work. But when my Bengali blog community started, there was no Syfox or Hungry Griffin. Many community members used to write only depending on the votes of my Bengali blog account. We now consider all those members as elite members. Because they worked as dedicated souls in the community without considering the results at that time.
Also if I give my example, when I started my steemit journey I spent a lot of time but I didn't get so many votes. But I didn't give up.
I have worked towards my goals. The results of which I have started getting now. So we all should be patient, concentrate on our work. Then success will come.
