According to a major English newspaper, Indian billionaire Mukesh Ambani has entered the competition to purchase the prestigious English football team Liverpool FC. The current owners of the English Premier League powerhouses, Fenway Sports Group (FSG), who acquired the Merseyside club in October 2010, have reportedly hired Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley to help them sell the team.
