Sania Mirza receives accolades from a former Pakistan captain and Karachi Kings player as the tennis star says goodbye.
Shoaib Malik, a former captain of Pakistan who is presently playing in the Pakistan Super League (PSL), praised his wife Sania Mirza for having a "magnificent career."
Malik told the reporters during a practise session, "Sania has had a fantastic career in tennis and she can't be complimented enough for it."
Malik stated that he was happy of all Mirza has accomplished thus far in response to a query about the Indian tennis prodigy who played her final match on Tuesday.
The great cricketer mentioned two games that the Karachi Kings should have won when discussing the team's performance in the league.
I was feeling uneasy as a result of losing two games, Malik said.
Yet, he claimed that the Kings had a lot of confidence after their tournament debut victory over the Lahore Qalandars.
He said that he will make an effort to play the part that has been assigned to him.
Malik stated that he wants to score at least 15,000 T20 runs before hanging up his boots when questioned about his goals. He stated that he intends to play on till then.

For several months, Malik and Mirza, a power couple, had been the subject of divorce rumours. Yet, not one of them has made a definitive declaration on the subject, leaving their admirers to speculate.
