Why Crypto Market is Still Red??

 We all knows that in last December 2017 when prices of all coins were on the moon 🌒 . But because of so many fuds and correction in bitcoin we see a huge dump and most of coins prices drop under the ICO price . Just like Electroneum . Its price drop near about -4000% from its higher price in December . And Now December 2018 is again Closer to us. But we didn't see any big pump in prices. Why the prices are soo low. can anybody explain it??
