We're aiming to release it within the next few weeks. Actually, everything is already working and in place except for Khmer translations and the Serey asset hasn't been listed yet. Other than that, we can already trade on it. We are in a pre-sale to raise funds, but prefer to call it a crowdsale. Due to regulations, we don't emphasize too much on it publically, but you can buy it for $0.02 and receive 5% bonus on top of it. Serey makes use of a delegated proof of stake system, a sytem in which witnesses can run a node and help verify transactions. Everyone can broadcast to the network that he or she wants to become a witness. The community can then vote for who is allowed to be a witness. Those with the most votes are eligible. Do you have experience being a witness for Steem? It basically works the same. If not, and if you'd like to learn, maybe you can visit one of the witness meetings in the future. We're trying to build a community of witnesses in Cambodia - right now, almost all witnesses are in foreign places. As a witness, you will be rewarded with Serey coins. That is our equivalent to mining. Finally, what's nice to know is that the Serey DEX is built on the Bitshares infrastructure. Like Steem and Bitshares, we are family of the graphene ecosystem.
