An apple can be sweet or have a sour taste base on it specie. Apple is a fruit produced from a tree called Malus domestica, it belongs to the rose family (Rosacea). They are grown for sale, usually mature in late summer or autumn, their colours are either red, yellow, green, pink, or russetted. They are used for juice, jelly, apple butter(which is canned as pie stock), cider wine, brandy, and vinegar. Apple can be cooked, fried or eaten raw, cooked apples are mostly used as a pastry filling and apple pie.
