Sampan boat and historic Mathin well

Hello dear lovers and my hive friends, how are you all? I hope you are well, healthy and safe, I am also very well with your blessings.

Our national fish of Bangladesh is Hilsa, Hilsa fish is usually found more in the sea area, you can see a boat in the first three pictures, the boatmen go to catch Hilsa in the middle of the sea with this boat, one day was a visit to Cox's Bazar to see these boats.

The boats are called sampan boats. When the sailors go to the middle of the sea with these boats, they have a lot of big nets for fishing. Most of these nets are for catching hilsa fish. All those who go fishing by boat go for hilsa fishing.

Each boat carries 10 to 15 people. When the fishing is over, they come to the shore by boat and sell the fish by post. Many people go fishing with these boats for 10/15 days, one of the people who go fishing in this boat is the team leader, everyone listens to them, and the team leader is made up of someone who is very experienced, where there are more fish. He has experience, and he understands where fish is scarce.

In the next three pictures I will show a well, this well is located in Teknaf, the last desert in the south of Bangladesh, the name of the well is the historical Mathin's well

No one drank water from this well. Many people used to take bath with the water of this well. They thought that bathing with the water of this well would fulfill their hopes.

The well was built by Mathin Koop Cherang Ghar around 1800. The well was maintained by the then king. Teknaf Police Station OC Ranjit Kumar Barua and Teknaf Upazila Parishad Chairman Golam Sarwar renovated the well in 2000.
