Hello friends Assalamualaikum. This is @mahmud552 from #Bangladesh.

We see different types of traders on the sidewalks. They stand on the sidewalks with different things and do business. Many people run their own businesses by ferrying them to different places. Many people start businesses with specific things at specific places on the sidewalk. Today, I will discuss the fried food business among these businesses.

We often eat additional food from these street shops in addition to our main meals. Usually, we eat these foods while walking around in the afternoon. Many times, we sit with friends and eat these fried foods at these sidewalk shops. Although these foods do not fill our stomachs, we eat these foods as a light snack in the afternoon.

I have seen the business of hawkers in different places, among them I have seen many hawkers in our Pipulbaria Bazar in Sirajganj district, after much thought, I am sharing this fried food shop in Pipulbaria Bazar, this shop located in Pipulbaria Bazar makes various types of food items, mainly these foods are fried in oil.

Different types of food are fried in oil with flour, different types of food include, singara, piaju, puri, choto moglai and bara gulguli, this food trader makes and sells food in this place every day from 10 am to 8 pm, this singara puri shop in Bipulbaria Bazar has already become a favorite of everyone, because they make food items in this place and sell hot fresh food.

I often buy and eat various types of food from this shop, especially on the days when our madrasa teachers go to Pipulbaria market, they eat potato singara, puri and these foods from this shop, I sometimes buy these foods from this shop and bring them home, my children like to eat these foods a lot.

I like these foods fried in oil a lot more, although these foods are not very healthy, because they fry the foods in this pan regularly, even though the shop is on the sidewalk, there is a place to sit behind the shop, we almost sit there and eat the food from this shop, we have developed a good relationship with the shop owner because we eat these foods regularly in this shop.

These sidewalk foods are comparatively cheaper, because the prices are a little lower, many people buy food from these shops and eat it, these foods are sold in pieces, one by one, but the price of these foods is much lower, and people eat food from these shops in pieces.

This fried food trader in Pipulbaria Bazar has been doing business in this place on the sidewalk for a long time, since it is in a rural area, it is very rare to face eviction or police harassment, a long time ago, the sidewalk was once freed by the law enforcement agencies, but after a few days, these businesses started again on the sidewalk.

Since this sidewalk shop is on one side of the road and there is a CNG stand in front of this shop, the shop is operating by occupying the sidewalk, and because of this, eviction and police harassment are very rare, although sometimes the police come and try to harass, but since it is on one side of the road and behind the CNG stand, there is not much problem.

Their biggest challenge in running this business is maintaining cleanliness, because most of the time these places are open, it becomes difficult to keep them clean, and it becomes difficult to follow the hygiene rules while cooking and serving food in these places.

Another big challenge is that these businesses are not legal and licensed, these sidewalk traders usually do not have licenses, due to which they often have to face evictions and fines. Another big challenge of all these businesses is their dependence on the weather, because when it rains, it becomes very difficult to operate these businesses, and sales decrease a lot during those times, in addition to facing various other challenges.

Those who do such businesses on the sidewalk have a lot of hopes and expectations, they always want to see regular customers in front of their shops and try to make their food popular among everyone, and try to gain a reputation through their food.

Although all the traders start their business on a small scale, they want to gradually take this business to a large scale, and want to do an independent business with their own small capital without depending on their jobs.

All traders expect to receive support from various government or NGO organizations, in addition to which they expect to get a license for their shop, and training from various organizations, and want to start a business in the form of a groom with more capital.
