An extraordinary incident of Maulana Mahmud Hasan Deobandi (RA).

Dear friends, today I will share another new story with you, in the story I will share an incident of Maulana Mahmud Hasan Deobandi (RA).

Maulana Mahmud Hasan Deobandi prisoner reached Deoband to meet a Tahsildar of Malta and reached a mosque for ablution. There he saw an old man of ordinary status, the tehsildar thought him to be the servant of the mosque and said: Big Mia! Arrange the water for the bath and when I am done take me to the treasury of Hazrat Shaykh al-Hind, may God have mercy on him, and I will compensate you accordingly."

The elder poured water in the bath, the tahsildar sahib washed and put on new clothes and left and said to the old man: "Now I walk forward. You may take me to Sheikh al-Hind, may God have mercy on him. And accept your reward." The elder took him out and asked with expected fear: "Yes brother!" Who would you like to meet? The tahsildar got a little angry and said, "You were not told before that I came to Shaikh al-Hind, may God have mercy on him, for the purpose of getting respect." The elder said very seriously that brother! Some also call me Shaikh-ul-Hind,” he asked in surprise, “Is Shaikh-ul-Hind Maulana Mahmud Hasan?” Shaikh al-Hind smiled and said, “Yes.” The tahsildar immediately fell at his feet and began to cry and said : "Present! Why didn't you tell me that my luck was ruined? But you keep comforting him." No. No brother, nothing like that. If you have honest faith in me then Sayyid-ul-Qaum Khadim-e-Bazoor himself Hazrat Shaikh-ul-Hind Maulana Mahmud Hasan rah.
