গম চাষ পদ্ধতি

★★আসসালামু আলাইকুম সম্মানিত সাথীগণ আশাকরি সকলে ভালো আছেন?

 আলহামদুলিল্লাহ আল্লাহ তাআলার অশেষ মেহেরবানীতে আমি অনেক ভালো আছি. সম্মানিত বন্ধু আজকে আপনাদের সামনে যে বিষয় টি নিয়ে আলোচনা করবো।সে বিযয়টি হলোঃগম চাষ করে অধিক আই এর পদ্ধতি, গম চাষ করে ও আমাদের দেশের অধিকাংশ লোক অটোমান হচ্ছে বলে আমি মনে করি/ আজকে আপনাদের সামনে গঞ্চার এবং আবার সম্পর্কে আলোচনা করব। সম্মানিত সাথী আপনারা সকলেই আমাদের সাথে থাকুন। আশা করি আপনারা আমাদের সমস্ত লেখাটুকু পড়বেন। সম্মানিত সাথী বন্ধকরণ এখন আমরা দেরী না করে চলে যায় আমাদের মুল আলোচনায়। আমি আজকে আপনাদের সামনে আলোচনা করব গম চাষ পদ্ধতি সম্পর্কে। গম চাষ পদ্ধতি টা একেবারে সহজ যেটা ধান চাষ থেকে অধিক সহজ। ধান চাষ করতে যতটুকু পরিশ্রম হয় গম চাষ করতে কতটুকু পরিশ্রম হয় না বলে আমি মনে করি। তবুও কাজ কোনোটি পরিশ্রম ব্যতীত হয়না কাজ বলতেই পরিশ্রম। গম চাষ করে আমাদের দেশে অধিক আয় রোজগার করছে বলে আমি মনে করি আমাদের কৃষকেরা। কেমন রয়েছেন ধান পাট গম ইত্যাদি ইত্যাদি আমি আপনাদের সামনে গতকালকে আলোচনা করছি ধান রোপন সম্পর্কে আমাদের দেশের কৃষকরা কিভাবে ধান রোপন এবং ধান চাষ করে সে সম্পর্কে আজকে আপনাদের সামনে আলোচনা করব গঞ্চার সম্পর্কে যে আমাদের দেশের কৃষকরা কিভাবে গম চাষ করে। তো আমি আশা করি যে সকলকে এভাবে আমি চাষবাসের পদ্ধতি গুলো এখানে জানাব ইনশা-আল্লাহ। তো আজকে আমাদের মূল টপিক হল গঞ্চার সম্পর্কে। আমাদের দেশের কৃষকেরা গম চাষ করার জন্য সর্বপ্রথম কিছু গমভিজ. গত বছর যে বীজগুলো রেখে দিয়েছিল' সেই বীজগুলো সর্বপ্রথম কৃষকেরা বের করবে এবং দেখবে সেই বীজগুলো কি ভালো আছে নাকি নষ্ট হয়েছে.. এমনকি কৃষকেরা বীজ গুলো ভালোভাবে রৌদ্রে শুকিয়ে ভালো কোন জিনিসের ভেতরে ভরে রেখে দেয়. যেন অতি সহজে বীজগুলো নষ্ট না হয়, কারণ বীজ যদি ভাল থাকে ফসলও ভালো হবে এটা সকলে আশা করে. তারপর জমিতে ট্রাক্টর দিয়ে হাল চাষ করানো হয়. হাল চাষ করার পর সর্বপ্রথম জমির ভেতর থেকে আগাছা গুলো পরিষ্কার করা হয়.. কারণ আগাছা থাকলে, ফসলের অনেক ক্ষতি হয়, কারণ এসকল কৃষক আগে খেতে জমির আগাছা গুলো পরিষ্কার করে নেয়.... কাছে গুলো পরিষ্কার করার পর, তারা লক্ষ্য করে যে মাটি গুলো কি একেবারে রোদে পুড়ে শুকানো কিনা. যদি মাটিগুলো একেবারে শুকানো থাকে তাহলে তারা মটর মেশিন দ্বারা ক্ষেতে সেচ দিয়ে পানি দেয়.... যদি খেতে পানি দেওয়ার দরকার পড়ে তাহলে দেয়. এমন পানি দিয়ে 2 দিন দেরি করে...  

  কারণ পানির ভিতর বীজগুলো ছিটালে... বীজগুলো নষ্ট হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা থাকে বেশি... এ কারণেই আমাদের কৃষকেরা দুই দিন দেরি করে, যেন বীজগুলো নষ্ট হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা কম হয়, জমি কিছুটা শুকিয়ে গেলে.... তারপর কৃষকেরা বীজ গুলো জমিতে ছিটিয়ে দেয়.... জমিতে ছেটানোর পর কৃষকদের শুধু একটি কাজ করতে হয় যে কবুতর বা মুরগি তাড়াতে হয় যেন তারা জমিতে গিয়ে দেশগুলোকে খেয়ে না ফেলে.... কেননা গ্রাম এলাকায় কবুতর এবং মুরগি অধিকহারে বেশি হয়ে থাকে..... এ কারণে তাদেরকে একটু বেশি লক্ষ্য রাখতে হয় মুরগি এবং কবুতরের দিকে...... এরপর 25 থেকে 30 দিন পর বা 20 থেকে 25 দিন পর.... জমির যেগুলোর কংকর বের হয় যদি বেশি ঘন থাকে তাহলে তা কোন কাটা অথবা কোন কিছু ধরা টেনে দেয়া হয় তাহলে কৃষকেরা মনে করে যে ফসল বৃদ্ধি পাওয়ার আশঙ্কা থাকে' অনেকেই জমিতে কীটনাশক ভাষার ব্যবহার করে..... এর ফলে অধিক ফসল হওয়ার আশা করে থাকে তারা... এরপর গমক্ষেতে আর কিছু করতে হয় না, এরপর দুই থেকে তিন মাস এর মধ্যেই গঙ্গল ওকে কাঁদতে শুরু করে কৃষকেরা... গম গুলোকে কেটে বাড়িতে আনে এবং মালাই করে.... সবাই সবার ঘরে তুলে ফেলে এবং তা বিক্রি করে জীবিকা নির্বাহ করে.... এভাবেই আমাদের দেশের অধিকাংশ কৃষকেরা গম চাষ করে... অধিক লাভবান হচ্ছে বলে আমি মনে করি,,,,,

If the soils are completely dry, they irrigate the fields with pea machines .... if they need to be watered. With such water 2 days late ...

   Because if the seeds are sown in water ... the seeds are more likely to spoil ... that's why our farmers delay two days, so that the seeds are less likely to spoil, when the land is a little dry .... then the farmers scatter the seeds in the land. ... the only thing farmers have to do after chasing the land is to chase away the pigeons or chickens so that they do not go to the land and eat the lands .... because the pigeons and chickens are more prevalent in the rural areas ..... The focus is on chickens and pigeons ...... then after 25 to 30 days or after 20 to 25 days .... Farmers think that there is a risk of crop growth. Many people use pesticides on the land. The peasants started crying ... they cut the wheat and brought it home and mailed it .... everyone took it home and sold it to make a living .... This is how most of the farmers in our country cultivate wheat ... I think they are making more profit ,,,,,
