The water we drink daily

Water occupies about 60% of our bodies hence the need to drink quality water for healthy growth. We need daily analysis of the quality of our water since changing of water parameters occur daily and at any time.

Physical analysis of water. Colour and turbidity are one of the most important parameters during field analysis of water.

There are many devices and machines use to analyze these parameters.





Turbidimeter to analyze the cloudness ( Turbidity ) of water. The normal turbidity should be between 0.00FAU to 1.00FAU depending on the colour of the water. When chlorine is added, the turbidity can change.

Also, water should be colourless under normal conditions. All coloured water should be discarded and seek for treatment from water companies.



Colour comparator is one of the simplest devices use to check the colour of water. This device compares the the color of the water to distilled water.
