Here is a very interesting recipe for you. And that is the recipe of baby Malai Chamcham. Hope you like it.

Ingredients:

- One and a half liters of milk

- Half a teaspoon of lemon juice

- 1 cup sugar

- 3 cups of water

- 2 cups milk (for Malay)

- 3 tablespoons condensed milk

- Cashew and pistachio nuts

- Saffron

Method:
- First boil it in a pot with milk. When the milk boils, make puppies from the milk with lemon juice. Take it well with firewood. The whole milk becomes like a baby and the water separates.

- Then take it off the stove and sift it with a thin cotton / muslin cloth to separate it from the water. Now tie the baby in this cloth and hang it for 30 minutes so that all the water falls off.

- Then take it down and soften the moth with your hands. Take the moth very well so that it becomes like a dough for making bread. This will happen if you take moth for about 10-15 minutes.

- Now divide it into 12-15 small parts and make it round like a spoon. If you want, you can give the size you like.

- Continue to burn in a pot with water and sugar. When the mixture of water and sugar boils, gently leave the spoons made in it. And continue to simmer on medium heat for 15-20 minutes.

- Put milk in a pot and cook for 10 minutes. Then mix condensed milk well in it. And thicken with firewood. When it becomes thick as desired, take it down and pour it in a deep bowl.

- After burning the baby's spoons, remove them when they float to the top and dip them in the Malay kept in the bowl.

- Crush cashews and pesto nuts. Sprinkle almond powder and saffron on the Malay spoon. Yes, it has become your ‘baby Malai Chamcham’. If you want, you can keep this delicious dessert in the fridge and enjoy it.
