We know that whatever we do will not make us happy in the future but will hurt us. But even after that we don't stop doing that. And why do we do that, if you have this question in mind, then read today's article to the end.
Once in a village, Gautam Buddha was talking about him. And all the people were there to hear him. Everyone knew the answer to their question from Gautam Buddha. Then a person asks Gautama Buddha why we do bad things on purpose. We know anger is not good, arrogance is not good, intoxication is not good but even then it is why we do it. Then Gautama Buddha said, Manus does all the things that make him think he will be happy. The work that you call bad, you call it bad in your mouth but from the heart you are looking for happiness in it.
You call anger, arrogance, intoxication bad, but you want to take others away from you in everything. The real issue is not whether all this is good or bad, the real issue is whether you are asleep or awake. Because if you were awake, there would be no need to call anger, intoxication bad. To say that you are bad at everything is proof that you are asleep. Then the man said I am not asleep, I am sitting in front of you. Then Gautama Buddha said, "You are awake from outside, but the ego that is inside you is awake, it is forbidding you." In the midst of such dreams we can do everything that we could not do if we were awake. Because if we stay awake, we can understand the difference between what is good and what is bad. In the same way when our conscience is asleep, we do things that are bad for us. The person then asks how to awaken the conscience. Then Gautama Buddha said, through meditation, through good friends, through good thoughts. And if you can't meditate now, bring good friends and good thoughts into your life. And when you are with good friends and think well, you will also want to meditate. So keep an eye on what you are doing in the winter, how you are doing. It is possible to improve life by considering these judgments.
