Warbler, body length 12-15 cm, wingspan 19-23 cm; weight 10-15 g.

It lives in the north of Eurasia and North America, in Greenland.

They fly in heaps of flocks, feed on seeds of various woody and shrubby plants.

Lay from 3 to 7 eggs, incubate for 12-14 days
