With these upvotes, our goal is to drain the reward pool in order to make the reward algorithm consistent with what is written on the white paper. Since the inception of the Serey blockchain, the reward pool has continually been accumulating to the size of around 1 million Serey coins. We try to drain the reward pool so that the reward algorithm is consistent again. These rewards, earned by draining the reward pool, will once received be sent to the “sereyfund” account which is an account dedicated for future development of the Serey Platform. By these, we hope to be as transparent as possible, and hope the Serey community understands our action.
