Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem All Praise be to Allahu ta'ala Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu How are you all I hope you are all well with the infinite mercy of the great Lord Almighty During the month of Ramadan, we have to stay awake a lot of nights, especially after Tarabi's prayers, eating and drinking, going to bed at about 11:30 pm and then getting up at 3:00 pm to eat Seheri. One important thing is that we need to get at least seven to eight hours of sleep a day.
Don't make mistakes while sleeping?
There is no substitute for sleep to keep the body fit. It is difficult to find people who do not go to bed at the right time to forget their fatigue and go to work in a new venture. But like the other ten ordinary people, we don't notice many things. As a result, I face chronic health risks while sleeping. These risks can be easily avoided.
There are some things to keep in mind while sleeping, such as,
Keep extra pillows when sleeping. When sleeping on your back, place a pillow between your knees and between your knees. The position of the spine will be right. When sleeping on your back, place a pillow on either side of your body. This will keep you away from back and shoulder pain. Sleeping on an extra soft pillow damages the spine. This can lead to chronic neck pain. Avoid soft pillows.
Another important thing to keep in mind while sleeping is that there should be no outside light where you sleep because if outside light enters the room it may cause you sleep problems so you must close the doors and windows before going to sleep and then go to sleep.
The most important thing to note is that you should not sleep in an extra soft or extra hard bed as it is very harmful to your health.
Of course, before you go to sleep, you should pay attention to these things. If you sleep well, you will be long lasting, your health will be good, proper sleep means the identity of good health. Until then, Allah Hafez Assalamu Alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu.
