Habits, habits, lockpicks for life!

Hello friends! Today we are going to talk about habits, good and bad.

I remember that at school we were once given a "homework" in social studies: to write about our habits. Since then I did not drink or smoke (now I can not boast of this either), I classified my love of sleep and periodic delays as harmful.

Somehow it turns out that bad habits become a part of life, as it were, "by themselves," and good habits have to be worked and worked on. They say that it takes 28 days for a habit. But what is more important in developing this very habit? Labor and patience or constant interest?

I think both factors are important. If there is interest and the end result is measured and specifically defined, then the very path to a new life will be easier and more fun. Not everyone can step over "themselves"; this requires tremendous willpower.

In The Power of the Subconscious, Joe Dispenza scientifically explains why the body resists introducing new habits and changing thinking. The fact is that the body produces habitual hormones in response to habitual situations, this must be fought.

How many times have I started a new life with new rules, and countless. However, there is such a "trick" when the conceived goals come true by themselves, you just have to guess them. I've had this a couple of times. Probably, you need to try and work on yourself (diligently and systematically), but sometimes let everything go "by itself." Sometimes life sets its own priorities.

However, in order to write a novel (at least for me, for sure) it takes diligence and diligence. Probably, you should still pull yourself together and write not on some abstract topics, but a specific continuation of the novel. Only on Serey did I start two stories, which ... at some point I stopped writing. Ah ah ah. We need to pull ourselves together and continue what we started.

Ok, I will try to tune in to a working mood and not relax anymore :) All good!
