Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu. I hope everyone is well and healthy. I am well and healthy by the grace of God, by the grace of your love and prayers, I am healthy, Alhamdulillah.

The subject that I will talk about before you today is that there is a project by the Islamic Foundation to make Imams financially self-reliant, which is called "Imam Training Academy". A few days ago, I traveled to this Imam Training Academy to have a look at it, and I will share some things with you about it.

Many service projects are underway under the Islamic Foundation, which is under the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, one of which is the "Imam Training Academy".

There are eight training academies across the country under this project. Which are located in the divisional cities.

The main work of the Imam Training Academy is to select Imams or Muazzins from each district of the division and bring them under training in the training academy at the divisional level.

And the main goal and objective of this training is,

so that the imams can see the face of financial prosperity.

That is why they are given hands-on training in some basic subjects by experienced people.

For example, fish farming: In this case, the imams are taught the methods of fish farming by experienced people from the Fisheries Department.

Cattle rearing, in this case, cattle rearing is also taught by experienced people. In addition, general knowledge about homeopathic and allopathic medicine is given for first aid.

So that they can be careful themselves and can also warn the people of their neighborhood.

Because the common people give a little more importance to the words of the imams.

In addition, after the long 45-day training, the imams are given some financial assistance from the government.

So that they can choose any one of the acquired knowledge and invest this money on it and develop financially. And like ten other people in the society, an imam can also be a partner in various developmental works.

Undoubtedly, this initiative of the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh is a great initiative.

A few days ago, I visited an Imam Training Academy. I really liked this work of the government. The provision of accommodation, food, education and financial support for the Imams is undoubtedly a commendable work. I really liked the atmosphere of the Ram Training Academy, so I captured some pictures in the Kabar, which I have shared with you above.

Without further ado, I am ending here today, thank you all.
