🖊️ COMMENTARY
A Nigerian lady, Kekwaaru Ngozi Mary, was praised for returning $70,000 to a customer who misplaced the said amount where she Worked at the Eko Hotel and Suits, Lagos. Update of the news went viral in the month of July, 2023. Everybody around her might have thought that Singer Korede Bello's "I-don-get-alert-God-win" has happened to her but Ngozi thought otherwise. According to Vanguard Online, the incident Occurred when the guest left behind a bag containing the substantial sum
in one of the hotel's suites. Upon discovering the bag, Ngozi immediately reported it to the hotel management. In the words of the General Manager of the hotel "this incident is a testament to the honesty and integrity of our staff."when some people heard this they must have called her a fool. In fact here are some response from some people that read about the story. One Daddy Wizzy wrote on Legit online news comment page You no go make am momo." Another person, Blaze wrote "She will remain poor for the rest of her life" But, Ngozi did the right thing, what God and good people expected her to do. It is called honesty and God loves it. As a reward of her honesty, one of the popular secular musician in Nigeria, Davido gave her $10,000. an international Organization offered her a (PR) Pemanent Residence in Canada. She had many other rewards for her honesty.

Honesty is being free from deceit or untruthfulness, being sincere. An honest life is important on so many levels ranging from relationships with spouses and children, to what we do at our workplaces and how we live among our neighbours. God's blessings are on those who live by truthful words and actions. The wise one says, "The integrity of the upright guides them, but the unfaithful are destroyed by their duplicity' (Prov. 11:3).
