*THE SEED🌱* 

(Mk 10,46-52)

 *The face of the blind person is always covered by a veil of sadness.* Sadness is caused by not seeing the colors of life. Living and walking in the thick darkness generates anxiety which becomes fear and fear leads to anguish which is internal death. There is not only physical blindness, but also existential blindness. What is this existential blindness? It is living without knowing where you come from, where you are going, what the meaning of life is, who God is for you, why suffering and pain, etc. The sciences of philosophy, psychology and anthropology are incapable of giving enlightening answers to the aforementioned questions. Many philosophers, psychologists and professors of other human sciences, rejecting Christ as the light of their existential path, have committed suicide. Only when he converted to Christianity did the great philosopher and psychologist Augustine find the answers he was looking for to give an eternal meaning to his existence. He found the answers in Jesus Christ who said: "I am the Light of the world". When he stopped groping in the darkness of life, he exclaimed with great regret: "Late did I love you, oh Beauty so ancient and so new, late did I love you!". When his eyes were opened to the vision of Jesus, Augustine never stopped evangelizing to make known the beauty and salvation of Jesus Christ. In this generation there are many people who walk in the darkness of desperation, of violence, of hatred because they refuse to live in the light of the word of God which has a name: JESUS ​​CHRIST. In this generation there are many young people who walk in the tunnel of drugs, alcoholism, gambling and demonic sex. Theirs is a path that leads them into the abyss of suicide. Today do you find yourself walking in the light of Jesus Christ or in the darkness of the meaninglessness of life? If you are still blind, cry out loudly: "Jesus, may I see!". But shout loudly and insistently. Jesus will open your eyes. Have faith. Amen. Alleluia.
