TOPIC: MAKING A DIFFERENCE AS A CHRISTIAN YOUTH

Romans 12: 9-18

🖊️ COMMENTARY
To makea difference in other peoples' lives, first have a changed life. Making a difference begins with having Jesus to take over your life. Can a dirty spring produce a clean water, the answer is no.
To make a difference as a Christian youth, live the Christian life every single day. You must shun the temptation to indulge in partying about, drinking and smoking, examination malpractices, gossiping and other negative life styles.
As a Christian youth, there are many ways you can give back and make a difference in society. You must be a good example to other youths and lead by example. That means abiding by Christian teachings. Everything you do, in words and actions must reflect the power of the saving grace of God. You must be positive and do good works. Be kind to all people, including those who aren't popular. Walk the walk, don't just talk the talk. Be patient and kind to people.
Be a youth who spends time on his or her knees in prayer for the church, the pastor, our nation and the world at large, rather than engaging in wasteful ventures. Don't participate or laugh at sinful subjects.
Go out on Evangelism. Always be willing to share your faith with others as the opportunity presents itself. Try listening to Christian music, messages and reading Christian books.
One of the fundamental commandments of Jesus, is love others as you love yourself. As a Christian youth, you must endevour to love others and be willing to help them.
