LET YOUR VOICE BE HEARD

The society comamands compulsory membership where politics is a tool or machinery by which the society is controlled, managed for deliverables such as the good life, human capacity development, enhanced standard of living, basic social amenities etc. 

The political leadership of every nation or society determines how developed or underdeveloped such a society will be. Take a good look at your nation and what you see will tell you the kind of political leadership inherent in such a society.

Political leadership is not about political parties, its about the character and personality of such individual(s) vying or occupying certain political positions. Its not about APC, neither is it about PDP nor, LABOUR PARTY. We must look beyong the politics of party but individuals and their abilities.

Some people believe whatever happens in the political hierarchy has nothing to do with them. This has been the mistake our parents made in the past and a lot of people are still making. By the virtue of you being a citizen of any nation it is your right to decide whom you entrust the leadership of your state or nation to and also hold such leadership accountable when he is not able to deliver on the promises made. This is what we call the "SOCIAL CONTRACT" where I surrender my will to a leader and the leader in turn bring about the good life, provide the basic things of life such as good roads, healthcare, electricity security, education etc. Any leadership that is unable to live to his promises has failed. 

This brings the questions

Should I continue to do things the old way? Should I sell my vote as usual or make my vote count?  My vote and your vote must count. Nigeria is the way it is because we have taken things for granted for too long and that must change, it all begins with me and you. If I don't sell my vote, allow myself to be used by desperate politicians to deny others their right to elect a person of their  choice then we will be making a huge sacrifice for generations yet unborn. 

When we get it right with our leadership recruitment we will all be happy and our nation will prosper. Think 2023, think about the future, your vote, my vote, our votes must count.
