Update about Serey

Though, developing a platform based on a blockchain is not an easy task, our team is trying to develop things and move forward quickly. Here is an update on Serey: 1) The new inflation has kicked in fully. Previously, we capped a reward limit to posts by flagging when a post is earning more than 100 SRY. But now the new inflation has kicked in we will remove this cap. 2) The registration on Serey will be re-opened. At the end of this month, we will open the registration process for new users. First to avoid bots and spam accounts, we will implement registration based on KYC. The KYC-registration system will be finished the 20th of April, and it will take a few days for us to test. If everything goes well, it should be implemented at the end of this month. An anonymous account registration will be implemented shortly after this. We want to remind you that we believe that privacy- and anonymity is a basic human right and therefor considers implementing this anonymity option an obligation. Also the KYC-data from the registration process will be kept private and deleted after a few months. 3) We will also increase the number of witness nodes from the current 5 to 21 like Steemit. Decentralization, by increasing witness nodes is important. 4) The API-global that our team is building to connect multiple dApps with the Serey blockchain is almost finished. After the API-global is finished, we can build dApps faster and fulfill our goal in building the dApp-ecosystem.
