For those farmers who are cultivating mango, a consultation has been issued by the experts of the Department of Horticulture, Kanpur Chandrashekhar Azad University of Agriculture and Technology. According to their advice, farmers need to take special care of mango crop at this time to protect mango trees from pests and diseases. According to horticultural experts, due to the extreme cold in January this year, the buds on mango trees came late and many trees had less buds. In addition, heavy rains, winds and hailstorms in several places in March caused severe damage to the mango crop. Yields are already damaged due to various reasons. If there is an outbreak of disease and pest infestation then the farmers will have to face more losses. So it is necessary to protect the mango crop without delay. During this time different types of insects attack. And it can have a direct effect on crop production. So know about disease control and pesticide application rules.
