Yesterday I shared some processing with you. A brief description of it has been made again in the second part for your convenience.

In some cases the mixed body slip is transferred from the "mixing" arc to the "press" arc. This arc is much larger in size so that more slip can be mixed. This kind of arc is arranged especially when steam body is mixed. Lots of cups are produced by shaping the material in the conventional way.

Normally the amount is one third or more of the total pill. In this case scrap body has external materials. As a result, eliminating it creates a problem. In such cases, additional SITO magnetic separators are placed on the slip-making flow line to remove foreign materials.

Due to some negligence in this method, many problems have to be faced in the preparation of pills. Notable among these is the inability to accurately determine the content of China clay. In this way the proportion of raw material varies.

Wet method: Preparing the body in this method is a bit more complicated than the dry process but it is more error free as the moisture content of the raw material in this method has no effect.

It is more flexible than dry method. But the main disadvantage of this method is that it requires more space. In this method the slip is made separately for each component and therefore it is almost impossible to keep the amount of water in each slip the same.

The weight of the dry material of the slip is known by measuring both the volume and weight of each component. It is calculated from the "slip weight of the slip" of any known volume based on the Braznier formula.
